The certification process involved evaluating all our HR policies and practices against the industry's best standards. By attaining the certification, we are acknowledged for our dedication to implementing effective and fair HR processes. Our certification is more special because there were no Agriculture Industry standards, and we were assessed against all other Industries.
The programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, well-being and more.
Companies must consistently improve their HR practices to maintain the Top Employer certification. This will foster a culture of continuous learning and development within all our businesses.
