• Firm, deep orange flesh with little under-skin greening
• Small seed cavity

A grey hybrid pumpkin with a semi-bush growth habit.
Early maturity 90 days in summer, 100 - 110 days in cool winters. Grey pumpkins should only be harvested once the fruit stems develop cork-like cracks and loose most of their green colour. This allows full flesh colour development.
Semi-bush growth habit. Can be planted up to 7,000 plants per hectare. Quick maturing.
Large, deep-flat, grey fruit. Average weight of 6kg with slight ribbing. Thin skin with minimal greening. Small seed cavity, thick shoulder flesh and small blossom-end scar. Very good size-to-weight ratio. Deep orange flesh, thick and very firm. Not suited to long-term storage.
Very high
Intermediate resistance to powdery mildew and ZYMV
STAR 7026 is well-suited to processing due to high recovery rate and flesh quality. It has very little greening under the skin and can be marketed at maturity without the need for further storage.
